VisitsTracker vs BigChange
BigChange is a broad UK field service platform: CRM, job scheduling, live tracking, quoting and invoicing, business intelligence, and fleet extras including dashcams and fuel cards. It is a lot of product, and it is sold the way a lot of product is sold.
Competitor claims are taken from their own published documentation, dated below.
The short version
Which of us you should buy.
Straight answer
If you run a UK field service business and want one platform for jobs, invoicing, fleet and telematics, BigChange is built for exactly that and worth the demo. If you want the visit record on its own, this afternoon, at a price you can read without a meeting, that is us.
Where they win
Where BigChange is the better choice.
Leading with this because a comparison that finds no merit in the alternative is marketing, and gets read that way.
It is a whole platform
CRM, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, business intelligence and live tracking in one place, rather than a record you bolt onto something else.
Fleet and telematics
Dashcams, fleet and fuel cards are published as part of the offer. We track phones, not vehicles, and we have no telematics story at all.
Established in the UK market
A known name in UK field service with a substantial customer base. We are new, and that matters when you are choosing something to run the business on.
One supplier for the whole operation
If the appeal is not having to integrate five things, that is real, and a narrow product like ours cannot offer it.
Side by side
The difference, in one table.

“Not published” means we could not find a public claim either way, not that the feature is absent. Ask them, and treat our unsourced rows the same way.
01 · How you buy it
One of these starts with a meeting
BigChange asks you to request pricing. That is normal for a platform that replaces several systems, and it is a slow way to find out whether something fits.
- Ours publishes the price and starts on a phone the same day.
- If it does not suit you, you have lost an afternoon rather than a procurement cycle.

02 · Live tracking and a visit record
Where the van is, and what the day amounted to
Live tracking answers a question the office asks at eleven in the morning. A visit record answers a question a customer asks three months later.
- We keep both: positions through the day, and the visits derived from them.
- Every visit opens to the readings behind it, each carrying a trust verdict.
- Collection runs only inside the hours you set, which is what makes a field team accept it.
03 · Scope
A narrow product is a choice, not a gap
BigChange replaces several systems. We replace none of them, and that is why it costs what it costs and installs in an afternoon.
- No CRM to migrate, no invoicing to move, no fleet contract to sign.
- One thing done properly: what happened at a place, and whether it will hold up.
- If you need the whole operation in one system, buy theirs. We would rather say that than oversell.
Straight answers
Questions people ask.
Does VisitsTracker do vehicle tracking?
No. We track the phone the worker carries, not the vehicle, and we have no dashcam or telematics offer. If fleet is the requirement, BigChange covers it and we do not.
How much does BigChange cost?
They do not publish it. Their pricing page asks you to request pricing, so you will need to ask them.
Can we run both?
You could, but if you already run BigChange you have live tracking and job management, and the case for adding us is narrower: it is about evidence per visit rather than visibility.
Is this suitable for a UK business?
Yes. Prices are in dollars but the product is used across the UK, and the evidence model was built with UK service contracts in mind.

Run both for a week.
Put each on one phone, work a normal week, and compare what comes out. That tells you more than either of our websites.
