VisitsTracker › Waste rounds
Proof the collection happened
Rounds record themselves from time spent at each address, missed collections surface while you can still send somebody, and the evidence for a disputed lift is one file rather than a driver's recollection.
No card needed. Set up in an afternoon.
What you get
Every collection, and the ones that were missed
Collections record themselves
Time at the address becomes a visit with arrival and departure. Drivers are not tapping a screen at every lift, which is exactly when records get skipped.
Missed collections surface the same day
A scheduled window that nothing started in raises an alert, and coverage lists addresses by how long since anyone was there. A missed lift found on Friday is a complaint; found at 11am it is a return visit.
Plan against actual
Compare the round you sent out with the round that happened. On a fixed route the difference is the whole report.
Distance measured for the fleet
Each vehicle's day distance comes from trusted readings, at the rate you set. A faked position cannot inflate it.
Photos for contamination and access
A blocked bin, a contaminated load, a gate nobody could open: photographed and attached to that visit, with any deletion shown as a deletion.
The client sees their own round
A standing link with their last 90 days, and expiring links for a single day when a specific collection is queried.
Day reports settle disputes
One PDF with the map of the day, every reading and what we made of it, the photos and every edit. Handed over rather than summarised.
Zones tell you who came and went
Draw depot and site boundaries or import them. Entries and exits are recorded per location.
What this is not
This is proof of service and the hours around it. There is no weighbridge integration, no waste transfer note generation, no container inventory and no route optimisation engine. If you run a waste management system already, this answers whether the round actually happened.
Straight answers
Questions people ask
How do we prove a collection?
By dwell at the address, from readings we trust, with arrival and departure times. A reading flagged as faked never counts toward it.
How quickly do we know a collection was missed?
The same day. An alert fires once the scheduled window closes without anything starting there, and coverage shows addresses nobody reached.
Does it produce waste transfer notes?
No. It records visits, hours, distance, photos and signatures, plus any fields you add. Statutory documentation stays in your existing system.
Can we track by vehicle rather than person?
Tracking follows the phone, so it follows the crew member carrying it. Distance and route come out per person per day, which for a one-cab round is the same thing.
