Each client gets their own scoped view of their own sites, so the monthly report is a link that was already true rather than a document you assemble.
- Scoped strictly to that client's estate, with your logo on it.

Rounds record themselves
Ten minutes inside a site boundary becomes a visit with the time in and the time out. Nobody signs in at the door, so nothing depends on remembering.
Response windows, and an alert when one slips
Give a reactive job a slot. If it has not started by the time that window closes you hear about it while you can still move somebody.
Zones record who came and went
Draw site boundaries or import the ones you already have. Entries and exits are recorded per site, and a stop that could belong to two neighbouring buildings is marked as exactly that.
Your own fields on sites and visits
Asset numbers, plant references, whatever the contract asks for, with files attached. Changes are added to the record rather than overwriting what was there.
What this is not
This is the attendance and evidence half of facilities management. There is no asset register with depreciation, no helpdesk with ticket queues and no purchase ordering. If you already run a CAFM system, this sits underneath it and answers the question it takes on trust: was anybody actually there, and for how long.

How do I know which sites have been missed?
Coverage lists every assigned site with its last visit and the number of visits in the last 90 days, never-visited first. It is the report you run before your client runs it.
Do engineers and cleaners have to sign in at each building?
No. A visit is created from ten minutes inside the site boundary, with arrival and departure times recorded. There is nothing at the door to scan and nothing for anyone to forget.
Can I prove attendance to the client?
Three ways: a standing link covering their last 90 days, an expiring link for one day or one visit, and a monthly PDF statement. All three carry your branding.
What about sites that sit next door to each other?
If a stop could belong to either, the visit is marked ambiguous and both candidates stay on the record. A confident guess is what loses an argument later.
Does this replace our CAFM system?
No. It covers attendance, visits, hours and the evidence around them. Asset registers, helpdesk queues and purchasing stay where they are.
