Proof the clean actually happened

Cleaning contracts are lost over one disputed visit. Rounds record themselves from time spent at each site, missed sites surface the same day, and the client gets a page of their own instead of your word for it.

No card needed. Set up in an afternoon.

“Nobody came on Tuesday” has an answer before the client asks it.

The round

Attendance without a keypad on the wall

Cleaning contracts are lost over whether anybody turned up. Time inside the boundary answers that without hardware anyone can unplug.

  • No keypad, no fob, no landline to dial from a building with no phone.
  • Duration on site, not just an arrival, because ten minutes is not a clean.
  • Works across a round of many small sites in one evening.

Seventeen minutes against a thirty-minute spec is the line worth reading, and it is flagged rather than left to be noticed.

The work

Photographs that carry their own time and place

A before and an after, stamped where and when they were taken. That is what settles a complaint about a room nobody looked at.

  • Capture stamps the time and position, so a photo cannot be recycled.
  • Checklists per site, so a spec is followed rather than remembered.
  • Everything attaches to that night's visit, not to a group chat.

The client

Their own page, always current

A standing link showing that client's sites, attendance and photos, so the monthly conversation starts from the same evidence you have.

  • Scoped to their contract only, with your branding on it.
  • A rolling window rather than a document that goes stale the day it is sent.
  • Expiring links for one-off questions about one particular night.

Attendance the client cannot argue with

Coverage lists the sites nobody reached

Every assigned site ordered by how long since anyone was there, never-visited first. On a round of forty offices, that list is the one thing worth reading each morning.

Hours that match the invoice

Time on site is measured rather than reported, so the hours you bill and the hours you pay come from the same record instead of from two different guesses.

High turnover is survivable

Field staff join with a code and a phone number, no work email needed. Temporary access expires on its own rather than lingering after somebody leaves.

Travel paid on measured distance

The day's distance comes from trusted readings at your rate, one claim per person per day, so mileage stops being a negotiation.

What this is not

This is attendance, hours and client proof. There is no quoting, no invoicing and no payroll processing: hours export to Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or CSV and the billing happens where it happens now. If you already run cleaning management software, this answers the part it takes on trust.

Questions people ask

How do we prove a clean happened?

By time spent inside the site boundary, with arrival and departure recorded, built only from readings we trust. Nobody has to scan or sign anything on the way in.

Can the client see it themselves?

Yes. Each client gets a standing link to their last 90 days with your branding, and you can send an expiring link covering one night when they ask about one visit.

What if two units share a building?

If a stop could belong to either, the visit is marked ambiguous and both candidates stay on the record rather than one being picked for you.

Does it handle invoicing?

No. It produces the hours and the evidence behind them and exports to your accounting package. Invoicing stays where it is.

Our cleaners change constantly. Is setup painful?

They join with a code and a phone number, so there is no email admin, and access you grant temporarily expires by itself.

Try it on one van for a week.

Put it on one phone, run a normal week, and see what comes out the other end.
