A tracked seat is somebody whose phone is recording. The office does not consume seats, so adding a coordinator, a payroll clerk or an auditor who only ever reads the record costs nothing.

What is included rather than metered
Everything the product does is in the price. There is no evidence add-on, no per-report charge, and no tier that unlocks the dispute pack.
- Every tracking hour and the full history. Not metered, not sampled, not tiered.
- Dispute packs, evidence seals, timesheets, mileage and every export. Including GeoJSON, replay SVG and subject-access exports.
- Spoof detection and device health on every tracked seat.
- Customer portals, share links and monthly statements, with your branding.
- The API and signed webhooks.
Attachments
Photos, signatures and files share a 2 GB workspace allowance, and the billing screen shows what is using it. Location fixes, visits, punches and the evidence chain are not attachments and do not count against it.
For most teams this is a non-issue for a long time. For a crew photographing every job in detail it is worth knowing before you start rather than at the point it fills.
Tax
Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and a VAT number can be entered there for reverse charge.
The trial
Seven days, no card. Put it on one phone and run a normal week: the point is to see what comes out the other end rather than to tour a demo.
A new workspace arrives with a fictional crew and sites already in it, so the product is legible before you have any data. That sample retires itself the moment your first real punch lands.
If the trial ends without a subscription, every record stays intact and exportable. Nothing is deleted at the moment the trial stops.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Closing the account locks it immediately, cancels the subscription, keeps your exports available for seven days and then deletes everything on a schedule you can point at.
The whole workspace downloads as CSVs whenever you want, subscribed or not. A residency promise you cannot act on is a slogan, so there is a button behind it.

Do office staff count as seats?
No. Admins, managers and auditors are free. You pay for phones that record.
Is there a free tier?
No, there is a 7-day trial without a card. If free-forever is the deciding factor, we say so plainly on the Jibble comparison.
Are tracking hours metered?
No. Every tracking hour and the full history are included.
What happens if I go over the attachment allowance?
The billing screen shows what is using the 2 GB before you get near it. Location data, visits and punches are not attachments and are unaffected.
Can I pay annually?
