Unverifiable hours are counted, not hidden
A worker whose punches were all off-site still gets paid. You simply know.
- Timesheets from geo-verified punches, with the unverifiable ones shown as such.
- Rota versus actual: late starts, early finishes, missed shifts.
- Mileage claims arrive derived, so approving one approves a measurement rather than a typed number.
Export as CSV, with your rounding and overtime applied at export.

A single GPS glitch is never a speeding driver
Speed is averaged between consecutive trusted fixes, and anything over 216 km/h is a bad measurement.
- Mileage as moving versus total distance, from trusted fixes only, so jitter contributes to nothing.
- Night driving is reported and never emailed: for plenty of fleets the night is the work.
- Plan versus actual: kept, skipped, and the stops that were never in the plan.

Thresholds control what is escalated, not what is recorded.
- Alerts go to owners and admins, at most one per person per day.
- Each kind can be switched off individually.
- SOS can never be muted.

What format do reports export in?
CSV for timesheets and mileage. Trail exports additionally offer GeoJSON, replay SVG, evidence PDF and a subject-access ZIP.
Are unverifiable hours excluded?
No. They are counted and shown as unverifiable. Hiding them would change somebody's pay without telling anyone.
Can I stop the alert emails?
Each kind can be switched off individually, and emails are capped at one per person per day. SOS cannot be muted.
Does speeding use raw GPS speed?
No. Speed is averaged between consecutive trusted fixes, and anything implying over 216 km/h is treated as a bad measurement.
