Where everyone is, right now

A map of dots is the easy half. The useful half is knowing which of those dots you should believe.

01 · Position quality

Live, stale, or not reporting at all

Three states, not one pin. The difference between “he is at Guindy” and “he was at Guindy two hours ago”.

  • Live is a recent fix you can rely on. Stale has aged out. No fix means the phone has said nothing.
  • Battery sits beside each name, because a phone at 8% is a gone-quiet alert you can still prevent.
  • Filter the list by state to see only the people worth chasing.

02 · The day behind them

The trail, and what it is made of

Select somebody and the day draws itself, with the count of readings it was drawn from stated on the front.

  • Every fix, the route between them, distance moved, first to last reading.
  • A trust verdict on the set, so you never read a line without knowing what is behind it.
  • Play the day back rather than only read it.

03 · Accounted for

Time you can explain, and time you cannot

The shift is split into driving and unexplained. That second word is deliberate.

  • Time that cannot be attributed to travel or a known site is named, not folded into a total.
  • Stops that matched no site are kept as unmatched stays with their own start, end and duration.
  • Most of them are a site nobody mapped, which is a pin to fix rather than an accusation.

An unmatched stay of 423 minutes usually means a depot nobody added, not a missing person.

04 · Sharing

Send someone a live link

A customer waiting on an engineer, or a manager without an account, gets a position and an ETA. Nothing else.

  • First name, live position, ETA. No history, no other workers, no surname.
  • Expires on its own after eight hours by default.
  • Revocable before that from the shared-links list. A link you cannot withdraw is not one to send.

Honest limits

What it does not do.

Worth knowing before you buy, not after

The map shows tracked seats inside your collection window. Outside the hours you set nothing is stored, so the map is blank rather than stale. Playback is one worker at a time.

Straight answers

Questions people ask.

How often does a position update?

Roughly once a minute while somebody is moving and every five minutes while they are still, within your collection window.

What does the live share link show?

A first name, the live position and an ETA. It expires after eight hours by default and can be revoked early.

Why is someone showing as stale?

Their last fix has aged out: signal, a flat battery, or a power-saving setting. The app tells a worker which setting on their handset is responsible.

Try it on one van for a week.

Put it on one phone, run a normal week, and see what comes out the other end.
